Having just celebrated its 10 year anniversary this past season, the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride is a staple of the LA haunt community. Fans have come to expect an entertaining hayride, one or two frightening dark mazes, a fun trick-or-treat experience, and Instagram-worthy photo opps, all set in a super spooky environment. This year, fans can expect a similar setting… but something completely brand-new!
Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group (which owns multiple haunted events and attractions around the nation) acquired the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride in 2018 and have been working non-stop on delivering a completely re-imagined LA Haunted Hayride experience, set to debut this Halloween season!
Details and information on this exciting new experience will be unveiled at this year’s Midsummer Scream on Sunday, August 4 at the Long Beach Convention Center, during a panel presentation with LA Haunted Hayride’s Melissa Carbone and the team from Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group, including SoCal’s own haunt visionary Jon Cooke, who is leading on creative direction for the event. Guests will also get their first, in-person look at part of the town, Midnight Falls, and some of its infamous locals when roaming the convention’s show floor.
If you’re dying to get a sneak-peak of what to expect at this year’s LA Haunted Hayride (we know we are!) be sure to grab tickets to Midsummer Scream here, show up early, and grab a good seat!
