Hold the presses.. I think we’ve found another ‘must see’ movie! Anytime we catch wind of a new horror flick it’s hard to contain ourselves, but the trailer for Unsane left us creeped out and eagerly counting down the days until release.

The official synopsis reads, “A young woman named Sawyer is involuntarily committed to a mental institution, where she is confronted by her greatest fear–but is it real or a product of her delusion?” It appears as though Sawyer is being stalked but upon seeking help, begins to wonder if she’s created the whole scenario in her mind.

If that’s not enough to get you interested, the whole film was shot on an iPhone!

Unsane is directed by Stephen Soderbergh (Side Effects), written by Jonathan Bernstein and James Greer, and stars Joshua Leonard (Bates Motel, The Blair Witch Project) and Claire Foy (The Crown).

Unsane hits theaters on March 23, 2018.
