REVIEW | 60OUT: Alice In Wonderland

We’ve been visiting 60OUT Escape Rooms for over a year now so we were thrilled to be invited to test their newest room ‘Alice In Wonderland’ ahead of it’s grand opening this weekend. This was our first time visiting their Melrose location, which was an impressive two story space with four other themed games: Hangover, Dracula, Ghost Ship & Grandma’s Masterplan.

This whimsical room was a delight to play and required both physical and logical problem solving (it seems only fitting for the Wonderland theme to require out-of-the-box thinking!). The set design was beautiful and very detailed. We were so taken by the atmosphere that we nearly forgot the clock was ticking on our 60 minutes! This really is a must for any Alice in Wonderland fan, and a fun concept for seasoned escape room goers.

Would we recommend this escape room? We most definitely would! 60OUT’s escape rooms are top-notch and this one was no different. Our team of six was mostly kept busy and in some cases was able to break up to tackle multiple tasks at once. This game can run with 2-6 players but we would suggest having a minimum of 3. While some of the tasks could be technically doable with only a partner, we found the game did progress smoother with a couple additional sets of hands.

This room is now open! Reserve your space HERE.

Difficulty Level:  Medium
